Cancellation Policy

Delay in payment and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the contract, the full advance payment will be retained. In the event of cancellation within two months prior to the start of the contract, 75% of the total rental price will be charged.

Cancellation by the owner due to force majeure: another period may be agreed upon or the full amount already paid will be refunded. Any refunds will be paid into the same account from which the payment was originally made.

 

House rules

• The TENANT must maintain the house in good condition at all times during the rental period.
   

• The house is located in an urbanization with several homes: please respect other residents and do not make excessive and unnecessary noise.
   

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
   

• Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise stated in this agreement.
